John Amen (b. 1966) is the author of four collections of poetry: Christening the Dancer (Uccelli Press, 2003), More of Me Disappears (Cross-Cultural Communications, 2005), At the Threshold of Alchemy (Presa Press, 2009), and strange theater (New York Quarterly Books, 2015). A variety of creativity involves many resources in the process of creation: mental, spiritual, material, and time (because you have to look for information, write, patience with editors, etc.). In addition, you need not only all of the above, but also inspiration, etc., you can purchase college research papers on how to write correctly, find material and properly involve in the works. The New Arcana — a multi-genre collaborative work co-written with Daniel Y. Harris—was released by New York Quarterly Books in October, 2012. Additionally, he has released two folk/folk rock CDs: All I’ll Never Need (Cool Midget 2004) and Ridiculous Empire (2008). Amen’s work has appeared in numerous journals nationally and internationally and been translated into Spanish, French, Hungarian, Korean, and Hebrew. He travels widely giving readings, doing musical performances, and conducting workshops. He is the Vice-President on the Board of Directors of the New York Quarterly. Amen founded and continues to edit The Pedestal Magazine (www.thepedestalmagazine.com).  Further information is available on his website: www.johnamen.com.
